  • Where will the classes happen?

    All classes will happen online on our platform. You will need to log in with your mobile number and OTP (or password) and join the classes.

  • What do I need to take classes?

    You will need a laptop and a robust internet connection to ensure your classes run smoothly. You can also take classes from a mobile phone but we strongly recommend you use a laptop for the best learning experience.

  • Can I cancel my classes once booked?

    You can cancel your classes at any time if you have enrolled for the full course by sending an e-mail to us. The amount for the remaining classes will be refunded to you. Our e-mail id is customerservice@classtrak.in. In case you have enrolled for a monthly pack, your month’s fees will be forfeited.

  • What if I miss a class?

    If you have enrolled for a group class, you will be provided with the recording of class you have missed. We request you to go through the recording of the class and clarify your doubts in the next classes. Classes can be rescheduled if you have enrolled for an individual session.

  • What happens when my course is finished?

    You will be provided with a course completion certificate. You can also opt for more advanced level courses depending on your interest.

  • Can I contact the teacher directly?

    All communication with the teacher will happen through our platform. You can send messages to the teacher directly from the platform. In case of urgencies, our team will be happy to facilitate a conversation.
